Ken Slater serves as maintenance supervisor, overseeing the church’s facilities and grounds. After a brief retirement, he returned to Second Baptist and supports the congregation’s daily operations through behind-the-scenes service and practical care.

Outside of work, Ken enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and pursuing his leatherworking hobby. He approaches life with good humor and an appreciation for everyday moments.
