Karri George serves as ministry assistant for finance, where she manages accounts payable, payroll, member pledges, and contributions. She began working at Second Baptist Church in 2018 and brings careful attention and a spirit of service to the church’s financial operations.

Karri holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Emporia State University and has served as treasurer for several organizations, including PTA and MOPS. Her background in both administration and volunteer leadership informs her work in supporting the church’s ministries.

Karri and her family joined Second Baptist Church in 2010. She and her husband have three children and are active participants in the life of the congregation.

In addition to her financial responsibilities, Karri coordinates The Christmas Store at Second Baptist Church, a year-round ministry that offers families the opportunity to shop with dignity for their children.
