Julie Williams serves as organist at Second Baptist Church, where she supports congregational singing and helps create a meaningful atmosphere for worship. She works to enhance each service by selecting music that connects with the day’s scriptures and sermon series, believing music plays an important role in preparing hearts for worship.

Julie holds a Master of Arts in Education with an emphasis in piano from Truman State University. She taught elementary music for 14 years and has more than 11 years of experience serving as a church pianist, accompanist, and organist.

Julie is married and has three daughters. Outside of church life, she enjoys spending time with her family, teaching piano lessons, coaching, participating in CrossFit, and tackling junk-hauling projects.
