This year’s Advent theme is Unwrapping Christmas. The advent devotional guide is available online at this location each day beginning the first Sunday of December. You can also pick up a hard copy at the church office.
My thanks to the twenty-nine writers who have gifted us with their memories and reflections in this year’s Advent Devotional Guide. Our hope is that each devotional will help you unwrap Christmas in a unique way. Thank you, fellow editor Heather Lewis, for designing these collected thoughts into a beautiful package. Thanks also to our many proofreaders who help make our booklets as flawless as possible.
Again, as is my tradition, I have added a bit of fiction to the mix post-preface. And because I was inspired by one of this season’s scriptures, I’ve penned a devotional too. Please read it on Saturday, November 30.
