Church Conference & Dinner

Please plan to join us for our next Church Conference meeting on Wednesday, November 4, from 5:30-7:00 p.m. in the Social Room. Please note that this is a different date and time than originally announced.

We’ll start the evening with dinner together (5:30-6:00). Our menu is sloppy joes, BBQ chicken, sides, and dessert. Dinner is free, but donations are gladly accepted ($7 per person or a $25 family maximum). No RSPV is needed for dinner. Kids will stay during the meeting, and child-friendly activities will be available.

The Church Conference Meeting will begin at 6:00. We’ll hear the latest updates from our pastoral staff and church committees, and we’ll vote on the 2027-2028 Catalyst Ministry Plan Budget. Printed copies of the 2027-2028 Catalyst Budget will be available at the Welcome Center starting on October 9. Or, you can email Karri George to request a copy. We’ll also have copies of the budget at the meeting.

This is an important Church Conference meeting in the life of our church as we plan for the next two years, and we hope many of you can attend.
