Jane Backenstoss serves as ministry assistant for congregational support. The friendly face greeting people on Mondays and Fridays, she helps manage the Welcome Center front desk and supports the church’s efforts to create a welcoming and hospitable environment for all.

Jane is the proud parent of four children and a devoted grandmother, or “Yaya,” to 11 grandchildren. She treasures time spent with her family and enjoys being involved in her grandchildren’s activities. She also loves traveling, sewing, reading historical fiction, and making costumes. A self-described dog lover, Jane enjoys long walks with her two dogs.
