FOOD SHARE SUNDAY LIST

The Link Food Pantry:  On the first Sunday of the month, baskets for food items are placed inside each entrance of the church. All food contributions are welcome.

This month’s request:

Pancake mix, syrup, “Helper” meals, pasta sauce, salad dressing, detergent, barbeque sauce, canned pasta, rice sides, pasta sides, sugar

What Is Food Share Sunday?
One of the tangible ways we participate in ministry in our community is through the Link Food Pantry of In As Much Ministry.  Baskets are placed inside all entrance doors to Second Baptist the first Sunday of each month as a place to collect food items. A list of items that are needed due to high demand is distributed the Thursday prior through our 2BC e-newsletter and is posted here on our website (see list below) , but any food item can be brought to help keep the pantry shelves stocked.

We hope you will consider participating in our FOOD SHARE SUNDAY. The food pantry serves about 550+ families per month with many returning more than once during the month. By participating you will help us make a difference to those in need in our community.
